SKOFY26 is a GTM kick-off with a sales-led voice, where teams will come together with a purpose of aligning around set goals through prescribed program elements.
GTM teams will come out of Inspire with the tools to improve our operational excellence with speed and intensity and come together as one team to not only achieve but exceed our FY26 goals.
Visual System & Creative Direction
The primary objective for SKO26 was to design a cohesive visual language that transformed a sales kick-off into an immersive, high-performance experience. SKO26 is more than a GTM event—it is a moment of alignment, momentum, and acceleration. The visuals needed to reinforce a sales-led narrative while uniting teams around a single ambition: One Team, Race to Value.
Creative Vision
The racing theme became our core metaphor—not as decoration, but as a strategic storytelling device. Every visual element was designed to translate sales concepts into the language of motorsport: preparation, speed, precision, performance, and winning together. The result is a system that feels dynamic, intentional, and outcome-driven—mirroring how GTM teams operate when performing at their best.
Visual Strategy
To avoid reliance on licensed F1 or racing partnerships, we created a fully original image system. This allowed us to build flexible, ownable visuals that could scale across multiple formats and future use cases without legal constraints. Abstracted racing cues—motion lines, track geometry, timing grids, and performance indicators—were combined with bespoke imagery to evoke speed and competition without direct references.
Brand integrity was non-negotiable. All visuals were treated with custom color grading to emphasize the company’s core brand color, ensuring consistency and recognition across stages, screens, and digital touchpoints. The aesthetic balances energy with clarity, intensity with control.
Outcome
The final visual ecosystem elevated SKO26 from a traditional sales event into a branded championship moment. Every asset—from keynote stages to supporting materials—worked together to reinforce alignment, urgency, and ambition. The visuals didn’t just support the message; they helped teams feel it, see it, and rally around it.
SKO26 set the tone for FY26: fast, focused, unified—and built to win.
